If you value your time and appreciate a friendly experience —-this is the dentist office for you. The staff is very friendly and informative. Also, Dr. Yoon is professional and timely. You can tell they take pride in ensuring YOU are a top priority by clearly communicating your appointment dates times/ and keeping appointments punctual. A super awesome feature is the call reminder and text reminders prior to my appointment time.
My English is limited and I still had no problems communicating with the staff. They really takes care of their patients, like they are family. The quality of their work is worth every penny. I recommend them to all of my friends.
I have been a patient for 10 months having multiple implant procedures during that time. The doctor and staff are very professional, efficient and informative. I will definitely revisit Titanium Dental if needed in the future.
