I got my procedure done at TLC Eye Center in Tampa and 5 years later my vision regressed. I was guaranteed and provided paperwork for a lifetime warranty, which is why I choose TLC, so I contacted TLC to enact it. They said, since the Tampa location closed down, they would not honor my warranty. After demanding to speak with someone who could make decisions on this, they referred me the bankruptcy lawyer. Dr. Richard Cohen was incredibly kind and helpful. His entire team was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Cohen has a light, reassuring energy, and I felt very safe in his hands. My LASIK took less than 30 minutes to complete, and I now see with better than 20/20 (20/15) vision. The afternoon following my surgery, Dr. Cohen called me personally to check in and answer any questions. I felt very personally taken care of. Thank you to Dr. Cohen and his entire staff.
Excellent service. A bit on the pricier end for procedures, but they use cutting edge, state of the art equipment. I went for a consultation and was treated with the utmost professionalism. This is the kinda place you go to if you want the job done right. Considering vision is at stake, I would spend the money.
I was always afraid of getting lasik but decided to take a chance and it was the best decision Ive done! Dr.cohen is friendly and made me feel that everything was going to be alright which of course was! I couldnt be happier with my decision to have lasik with this office. From the moment I stepped at the office everyone was very friendly. Thank you all so much!!
