This company was referred to me by a family member who said to ask for Justin or Anthony as they did a fantastic for them. I called and spoke to Sarah. She was very nice and patient. She set up an appointment on Oct 28th between 1-3pm. I specifically asked for Anthony or Justin to assist with my issue. Home Depot recommended TTT to me to replace my water pressure reducing valve. Ron Aspenson, one of their agents, arrived during the agreed upon 2 hour service window to provide a free estimate. He was professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He displayed a keen sense of positive customer service. He is an EXCELLENT ambassador for TTT. Mike was able to diagnose the problem, get me a quote, order the part, & repair our furnace all within a few hours.
