James came by for an AC check and did an amazing job checking all components inside and out, plus rinsing our drain lines. He presented several options at various price points with no pressure to do anything. We were very impressed and signed up for the annual maintenance plan.
Our A/C stopped cooling the night before we were supposed to start having 100 degree days. James Salinas from To the T came out before lunch the next day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed within an hour for a very reasonable price. He also gave us some advice on how to keep our system working great and the best filters to use. He was professional, friendly, and great to do business with.
