I have used Todd Biltucci for two separate real estate financing transactions and I will undoubtedly turn to Todd again in the future. He and his team from Draper and Kramer have been very easy to work with on both occasions. Communication was consistent and timely. As we all have very busy lives, the refinancing process was completed very smoothly and with minimal effort, mainly due to Todd's proactive style.
