By far the best! After a failed back surgery prior and seeking out other surgeons he blew everyone else out of the water. Best bedside manners ever! I woke up pain free from surgery he’s amazing look nowhere else.
Dr Francis took my case which was complex. In 2016, I develped Osteomeyelitis of the Lumbar Spine not related to any surgery which took months to clear up with anti-biotics. By this time, I was bed ridden from severe pain at which time he performed 2 lumbar fusions and installed a support cage around L4 and L5 to repair the damage. After months of recovery, I am now able to walk and drive again and life is back to normal. His staff was great including Nonie, his NP. Thank You Dr Francis!
Dr. Francis is an amazing neurosurgeon. He is conservative as far as surgery goes and is definitely a surgery as a last resort doctor. I needed a cervical spinal fusion. Not only did he correct my herniation and pinched nerve, the scar is barely visible. He is pleasant and has a great bedside manner. His staff is amazing as well as his NP.
Dr Todd Francis gave me my life back. I had a lumbar fusion 4 years ago and I feel fantastic. He was so knowledgeable and kind and caring. I cannot say enough about how wonderful he is and how grateful I am to him. God Bless you Dr Francis. I wish you were still in Cleveland!
