Every step of water proofing my basement was perfect - the initial inspection, the work, financial payment plan. Corbin was great as the job lead. Alyssa was great in putting together the quote. JD did a great job keeping my well water system up while working in that area. Chris did a great job with the final touch up. I really love having a dry basement. I highly recommend them!

Toledo Basement Repair recently completed an interior waterproofing job in my basement. Right from the beginning I appreciated sales rep Terry's non high pressure approach and knowledgeable direction in what my job would require. My job was started on a Monday and was completed on the following Monday. Toledo Basement Repair was a pleasure to work with. They fixed the leak in my basement and were very professional. They did a great job cleaning up and even put plastic down from the front door to the basement so they wouldn't track mud in the house. It's small things like that that people appreciate. 100% would use them again.

The work done was fantastic. The gentleman did it all on his own over a few days. The sill plates and joist tails were fixed without a problem in our new home. Very informative on what he was doing and made sure we got the best quality possible. He went above and beyond in my opinion. Will absolutely call Toledo Basement again for any future repairs needed.
