Katie is quick, knowledgeable, proactive, dependable, and resourceful. I love that she is mobile and can meet me at my home or wherever my job takes me on any given day. My job requires lots of hours and puts me in all kinds of environments. I don't have time to go to stores and to take a gamble that I will find something that fits me correctly.
