I have worked with Katie Lee from Tom James for about 3 years now. I find the service great and many times I don't have to leave my office or home as Katie will come to me. The clothing is beautiful and they will work with you to get exactly what you want in a style that fits you well. Steve Rose is incredibly professional and helpful. Doesn't rush you through picking fabrics and never pushes you to buy more than what you want. I bought a white shirt for myself and customized the collar and cuffs and a business shirt for my husband for Hannukah. It was a great experience!
Quality custom clothes for the same price as off the shelf clothes in a high end department store. I only order once a year on average but Katie Lee always takes the time to show me new options. I've worked with Tom James for years and will continue to for years to come.
