I have been a client of Tom James for the past 25 years and always found the their clothing, advice and service to be of the highest quality. I like the fact that they have a record of everything I have ordered from them and are constructive in making suggestions of new shirts/trousers/suits that will pair with my existing wardrobe. Great appointment with Ian this morning to tweak my new and old suits. Work wardrobe update and recycling older pieces to fit today's more casual office dress code.
This isn't a review of the shop's typical services, because I haven't bought anything from them. But, when I foolishly left my suit (of a different brand) on a train, one of this fine establishment's clients picked it up and brought it to Tom James. Upon checking the pockets and finding my business card, the company's staff called and allowed me to pick up my suit. Clearly these people are wonderful, as are their clients. Heroes!
I have been using Tom James for the last six years and the service just gets better and better. Always friendly, helpful and competitively priced. Paul Adler has really helped me define and grow my unique style that has helped my self-confidence enormously, both in and out of the office.
