Great great great customer service. I didn't even have to call them on the phone to purchase my new KTM. I just shot them a few texts about the bike, then headed to their shop to pick it up. The new bike was sitting outside in front of the loading dock when I arrived. The paperwork was laid out and ready for me to sign when I walked in. I have a 2012 Suzuki that is fuel injected. I clearly stated that it was idling high. And instead of saying over the phone they didn’t have the correct tools to diagnose the problem. They strung it out charged me $360 to not even fix the main issue I took it in for. Extremely dissatisfied with my service
