Received a new boat w damaged flooring. Still no resolution after being told it would be replaced. Ordered parts months ago w no call back. Things are falling off my brand new boat. Cover was ruined while being stored at their shop for 2 months for service. Overall not the best experience so far. With that said the employees are friendly. Just haven't followed through w stuff.
Over the past few months, I’ve contacted Tommy’s Phoenix to look at getting into a new boat for the summer. I bought a T22 from Tommy’s in 2020, dealt with the whole crew then, and knew when it was time for a new boat; I was heading right back here to get into the perfect boat for summer. My father and I were interested in a used pontoon boat. As they were out of them Ben a salesmen their referred us to a private owner who was selling his. We loved the boat and purchased it $27,500. Can't wait to get on the water. Thx Ben for the referral
Two and a half years ago I bought my first wakeboard/surf boat from Boulder and it was a great experience. This week I bought my second. The reason that I didn't even look anywhere else was that during the last 2.5 years Boulder's service has been amazing. I constantly hear stories about other dealers in Phoenix taking forever to repair boats, and horror stories about buying experiences. I laugh and think that they should have bought from Boulder. I literally cannot say enough about how awesome Boulder has been.
