If you like a shady, used-car experience, Tommy's Fort Worth is for you. We prefer a reputable dealer so one star it is (since you can't select zero stars). Prepare to be overcharged on boats, supplies, and service. If you didn't buy a boat from them, don't even bother calling. Take your business elsewhere, please. Jackson could not have been ruder when I complained to Malibu. You have been warned. :-)
When you own a boat you need a place with a dependable and knowledgeable service department. Jackson at Tommy's is always super helpful and responsive. My free weekends are important to me & my family and he has really helped make sure we have more time on the water and less in the shop.
Ordered the Blue Angel Burger. I have never had more UNSEASONED food in my life. No salt or pepper at least anywhere. I have you ever been so hungry that anything would taste good? NOT HERE!! After two bites, I through it all away. Even McDonald's can make you satisfy something, but that was pure nonsense. Won't Ever try that again.
Store was nice but service manager smelled and looked like he had been drinking and it was only 1:00 pm in the middle of the week. Very unprofessional
I have had experience with Waterski America (now Tommys) for years now through friends that have bought boats, equipment, and had boats serviced. Never any issue and always great customer service. My wife and I are now officially customers with the purchase of our very first boat and I can say I was not disappointed.
