Almost 6 months after buying our boat from Tommy’s we still do not have the boat license or trailer tags, nor did we get the “free first service” they told us we would receive.
When you own a boat you need a place with a dependable and knowledgeable service department. Jackson at Tommy's is always super helpful and responsive. My free weekends are important to me & my family and he has really helped make sure we have more time on the water and less in the shop.
I have had experience with Waterski America (now Tommys) for years now through friends that have bought boats, equipment, and had boats serviced. Never any issue and always great customer service. My wife and I are now officially customers with the purchase of our very first boat and I can say I was not disappointed. I couldn’t be more pleased with my first experience with Waterski America of Fort Worth. I’ve owned my Axis T22 for five years and as an active duty Marine my family and I moved frequently. This resulted in being serviced by five different dealers. Mitch in the pro shop and Jackson in service department at Waterski America have had the best customer service I have experienced by a country mile.
