When you own a boat you need a place with a dependable and knowledgeable service department. Jackson at Tommy's is always super helpful and responsive. My free weekends are important to me & my family and he has really helped make sure we have more time on the water and less in the shop.
I have had experience with Waterski America (now Tommys) for years now through friends that have bought boats, equipment, and had boats serviced. Never any issue and always great customer service. I couldn’t be more pleased with my first experience with Waterski America of Fort Worth. I’ve owned my Axis T22 for five years and as an active duty Marine my family and I moved frequently. This resulted in being serviced by five different dealers. Mitch in the pro shop and Jackson in service department at Waterski America have had the best customer service I have experienced by a country mile.
