Great place to live and the managers are very nice and helpful.
My sister lives there it seems like a nice place to live
Renee, apartment manager at Tompkinsville Arms is a pleasant person to work with on getting my apartment. She is super nice. All of the rules were explained in detail so you know the do's and don't's as a tenant.
Renee is awesome and very professional. Went out of her way to help get us set up with an apartment. Would totally refer anyone to her!
The office manager was very kind and informative about apartments. If you're looking for affordable and quiet, this is it. Clean place to live.
