Horrible experience for my 6 year old. She was supposed to be sedated, the laughing gas did not do anything for her, and I had to tell the dentist to stop the cavity filling because my poor daughter was hysterical. They don’t know how to work with kids who are afraid of the dentist. I’m definitely not going back there.
I would not recommend this office they have a habit of underestimating the patients copays then charge a significant amount more at the time of service. they also mislead their patients to believe that after service is provided and payment made you think your account is settled until they send you a bill for more money long after service had been rendered. I call it the bait and switch. This is my son dentist and they charge significant amount more than my dentist for the same services.
At the time of our cleaning visit there were no dentist to talk to regarding my children teeth. They told us they would call us to discuss the health of their teeth and never did. Broken water fountain in the hallway and no water at their lobby. Staff was nice though.

RecommendedOur family like Dr. Tong because he and his wife are very nice and we were very happy for each treatment. However, I was cheated by a “Cindy” for at least 2 times. One estimate was about $500, and I double confirmed with her. Finally she charged me 200 more due to her careless. And the worst is she did not actually recognized! I pay what I should pay. PLEASE DONOT CHEAT ON ME!
