I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Tong during my new crown procedure. He is very professional, gentle, and caring throughout the entire process. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure her patients feel comfortable and at ease. The office is clean, well-organized, and her staff is also very friendly and helpful. Recently I had a dental implant and a also fixed a gum recession at Tong dental. During the entire process, Dr. Andrew who is an excellent surgeon and his ensemble of amazing staff took time to explain into detail what the procedure entails, while giving me options so I make an informed choice suitable for me. Had a great experience. The process was quick and easy. Everyone was warm and welcoming from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the dentist. They are also very child friendly. Our toddler felt right at home.
