Other than the bit of overcrowding in the waiting room for a while and the female who took me back to a room and just said rinse with this and get in the chair without even telling me what was in the cup, everything was fine, especially front office staff, very kind and patient.

I have seen both Dr. Tong and Dr. Andrew personally and taken my 3 children to this practice. I feel they are competent, pleasant, caring and professional. My family and I will continue to come to this practice as long as they are open.

The staff at Tong Dental are simply superb. I have been there a few times. From the moment I walk in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The office is always clean, comfortable, and well-organized, which immediately puts me at ease. My dentist and hygienist took the time to explain each step of the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. Their attention to detail, gentle care, and genuine concern for their patients really stand out.
