I was very impressed with the team at Tongue Tie Center. Dr. Goldvasser and his team have a great bedside manor and were great people to work with. Dr. G was very thorough explaining all the details we needed to know about the procedure and most importantly the after care. He insisted that both parents be there so that he could explain the post care stretching that has to be done post operation. dr. g and all of his staff are phenomenal. he’s so knowledgeable and explains everything to you in ways that make it easy to understand. especially explaining with visuals which is super helpful. he sets expectations right at the consultation for the procedure and care after so you know exactly what to expect. everyone is so friendly and cares about the wellbeing of their patients you can tell!
We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. G. Our 6 week old newborn struggled with all of the symptoms of a lip & tongue tie, Struggled latching, extremely fussy after eating, so gassy, gagging and choking when eating, couldn't hold a pacifier in her mouth, tucked in lips, eating every 30-60 minutes sometimes, painful breastfeeding, frequent hiccups, not sleeping well, lip blisters, etc. After talking to her doctor they suspected it was reflux and that I had a fast letdown.
