I was referred to Dr. G, secondary to my daughter’s tongue and lip tie. I want to start off by saying Dr. G is amazing and so are the staff that work with him. Everyone is very kind and honest. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. G. It was extremely painful to nurse my daughter, I took her to Tongue Tie Center of Florida where Dr. G discovered a posterior tie. We decided to have it released and immediately following the procedure there was NO pain when nursing and she doubled her milk intake. I was very impressed with the team at Tongue Tie Center. Dr. Goldvasser and his team have a great bedside manor and were great people to work with. Dr. G was very thorough explaining all the details we needed to know about the procedure and most importantly the after care. We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. G. Our 6 week old newborn struggled with all of the symptoms of a lip & tongue tie, Struggled latching, extremely fussy after eating, so gassy, gagging and choking when eating, couldn't hold a pacifier in her mouth, tucked in lips, eating every 30-60 minutes sometimes, painful breastfeeding, frequent hiccups, not sleeping well, lip blisters, etc. After talking to her doctor they suspected it was reflux and that I had a fast letdown.
