Tony did the best he could under the circumstances, and ultimately he DID close the loan, the buyer was not forthcoming with docs and verifs, and the seller was in a bad situation with many repairs and having to pay additional payments and keep the utilities on waiting on the buyer to perform, Tony did his best to accommodate a very rocky transaction-
