Had my first appointment with Tonya Lott today and oh my gosh do I have a new view on therapy after a few bad experiences when I was younger I gave up on having a safe place, but this was a breath of fresh air! I felt heard and not like I was to a robot who didn't listen and answered like a text book! Lifestance has been a great experience so far! Looking forward to unpacking alot of old trauma and finding new ways to cope with life! Thanks Tonya for being you!
