This company is terrible and will rip you off. If you receive your parts without being defective, then you are fine. But you do not know a company until you have an issue. I always bought from this company and thought they were fine. But the one time I had an issue they refused to provide me with a refund because they do not return defective items. Their return policy does not line up with reality. DO NOT BUY!!!!!
It's been 10 days and I still haven't received the center instrument cluster circuit board.
A terrible experience! I would rate 0 stars if I could. This company has changed to the worst. Ordered the USA flag emblem with upgraded gel dome. I did not receive the upgraded gel dome version. Customer service states it has the coating but it is flat and does not come close to what is pictured on the website. I have ordered both the non gel coating and gel coating protection emblems in the past and they are very different from each other. Its been 4 months now and i have not received my order. I have never been able to talk to a live person at this shop. Very unhappy.
Well after order placed in June 2022, it's now October 2022 and finally got my order cancelled; guess what? they kept $248.19 without an explanation. No one answers my calls anymore.
I order a custom painted parts for my C7. The parts developed blisters and paint peeling. After sending order information and pictures, they stated that “I should have paid for the extended warranty and their is nothing that they can do”. Very disappointed in their idea of customer service. Just want what I paid for…
Absolute garbage service... You want to buy something? They have a rude employee there to help you... Oh but you need service on an existing order that takes 3 weeks of processing time to "process" and you can speak to a person. Email only!! And they wont respond to that either... how are these Jamokes still in business??????
I have no idea how much they paid people to write their reviews. This place is a total sham. They are disorganized and they will keep your money until you threaten to sue them. I ordered several items and never received them nor my money back. I took it as a loss and a big lesson learned. I ask you ... Do not trust these people.
haven't even got my part yet, and when I called to get a tracking number I find after 5 days after my order, it hasn't even shipped yet. funny they already have my money and I have no product. cant believe they have such a good rating.
