Everything is fine until you have a problem with the order or parts. Can't get anyone on the phone. Customer Service is just not around. Will not be a repeat customer.
Ordered parts and they said it didn't go thru. Charged me anyway. Told me to contact my bank for a refund. Ordered a second time and came 3 days later than told. Have tried to call but no answer. Having a terrible time trying to return them. Not what I expected. Made in CHINA. Was not told this. Worst company to do business with. Will contact the BBB if this isn't taken care of. Terrible company. Will never do business with them again. Save your time and money.

My wife ordered the v-style spoiler a month ago. We still haven't received this product or has anyone called us back. They won't return our money or give us a discount. The response we get is a email we will look into it. It's a crying shame that a Texas base business conducts business like this.
Horrendous establishment, no technical help what so ever. If you have any issues or problems with fitment or product do not expect any type of return or exchange. Unable to communicate with a live person, email only with rude direct responses taking no ownership. I would never patronize this business again and would strongly encourage anyone else considering them to look at other businesses.
I bought a C8 boomerang license plate frame. The frame backing screws on, then the front supposedly snaps into place. I have 2,200 miles on my car and I have lost 2 front frames. I emailed them and they said they'd submit my complaint to manufacturing. $200 gone... Thanks CorvetteMods...
I ordered an item and after 21 days I had not received it in the mail. I reached out to the live chat and Tyler was of no help and wanted me to email someone else about the order. I emailed support as instructed to do and still waiting to hear from them. There are a lot of places to order these same items sold by Corvette Mods and a lot cheaper. Anyone who has actually bought something from Corvette Mods knows they are trash. Products are of the lowest grade & service is even worse. My first & last purchase from here was a mirror, for my 1969 corvette, however, i received a passenger side mirror from another year, they did nothing to resolve, didn’t care. This was back in 2015, the rage remains fresh though, because they don’t let you unsubscribe from the spam emails that never stop.
