Bought tray organizer (I.D. 11768) advertised as heavy duty and fits right behind cockpit. It's neither. Horrible customer service, can't get someone on the phone, no offer to pay for return shipping for a dissatisfied customer, and high shipping costs. 1 star is being generous. I will never buy another product from Corvette Mods. (AB448891)

Ordered 4 shocks. Took months to get the "in stock" order. Two were bad, one shock would not extend back out and covered in oil, one was for a completely different vehicle, one was in good shape. No hardware to install front shocks. Would not allow me to return them. Reported as fraud to BBB and credit card company. Check other review sites, Corvette Mods has ripped off thousands of other customers. Don't buy anything.

Placed and order for hard top parts for my C2. Had to buy a kit, only needed on piece of eight in the kit. Parts ordered from Corvette Mods but arrived in a box from Corvette America. Went to the Corvette America web site and found the same kit but for 50% less!!! Tried to return to Corvette Mods but would be charge 25% re-stocking fee! Basically feel like I was ripped off! Ordered a front license plate bracket for my Corvette. The photo clearly shows it attached on the front center. I received the order and it cannot attach on the front since the car comes to a point there and the frame was flat. This causes a gap between the plate and the car wide enough where the velcro strip is too thin to connect the plate and car that has a food 1 inch gap. Received RMA and returned it. I order the Red and Black Seat Covers installed, Part #19577. Seats I received were not the same seats represented by the web page. The web site shows perforated leather and color coordinated red stitching on the black. I spoke with Tyler who placed the order and he agreed that they were wrong but said I would have to deal with customer service. He also said I would not like what customer service would have to say. I'd give 0 stars but I can't. Horrible customer service. No live person in customer service so I sent a couple e-mails and got no response. I need a ballast for my lighting kit but now I'm screwed because nobody will respond.

Horrible customer service!!!! I am satisfied with purchase of my items, but after adding the MFG warranty onto my purchase, then advised to add promo code - the MFG was removed by the site. Yes I should have reviewed one last time, but after I hit purchase I caught the mistake I immediately chatted w/customer service who said to email their customer service department who would be able to add on the MFG. My experience was unsatisfactory I bought a 2006 Corvette radiator and my order was with an engine oil cooler and a transmission oil cooler, but it came with only one coolant. I am very upset about this experience and it will not be repeated, although I sent several emails to confirm my preferences in the application to no avail.
