This my first time buying her so I place a order for 3 products and only received one and I haven't seen anything from them yet, and the product I'm waiting on show on there website as available, so I'm taking it as a loos and will look some where ells

terrible customer service ! bought carbon style grand sport stripes , they are different 2 are matt and two are gloss black , completely different !! tried to get help via email and phone no response ! would not recommend this store !! ps : gave 1 star but should be no star !!!
These guys did not send me the part I bought. I paid $200 for the part, and it never came. I called them and was told I can only leave a VM and an email. I did both and never received a phone call nor email. All I wanted was a tracking number to see where the part is located. After 4 weeks of no response, I then called my credit card and got my money returned. I have had nothing but trouble with this company. Once they have your credit card number on file the like to put bogus charges on you card.
I ordered a LED light kit for the engine bay of my 2022 corvette. After installing the lights they WOULD NOT WORK. I tried working with this company but they would not take a return or swap out the remote....so I'm stuck with a light kit that doesn't work. I would refrain from using this company!!!
Purchased some decals for $40 and the decals are literally stickers printed on an ink jet printer. The Corvette forums have nothing good to say about Corvette Mods, and they are accurate.
In ordering parts for my c7, i found the products were reasonably priced, for a corvette, and i always could reach a friendly helpful rep. i had high ratings for them UNTIL IT HAPPENED! my purchase of front fender extensions, painted metallic to match the other options on the car, came with cracked paint!.! but thats not the issue. things happen! so i called and was directed to fill out form on web site along with pics . once this info was received, they would approve or deny the claim. the claim was approved and the... read more
