You may get lucky with a part or two I was pleased with a few other products that I purchase through Corvette mods. But never purchase anything that cost a lot of money or that you have to install before you find out that it's broke they will not refund or work with you in any way I am out over $1,200 in buying a new part and labor on install and now taking it out and having re-install so no never by anything from this company it's sad that they won't stand by their product
Don't trust them! Customer service is horrrible. Ordered a part from them didn't come with directions. Even their website says comes with detailed instructions. Instructions didn't come in the box. Contacted customer service and they said they couldn't help me and couldn't send me directions. Worthless customer service and now have a part I paid for with no directions!
Our shop recently bought a wiper motor for an 84 corvette from Corvette Mods. We went with this company because we could not find the correct one locally. In the picture on their website it shows it being a complete unit with contacts. The unit we got had NO contacts. After confirming with THEIR service department that the part we received was missing the contacts they told us to go through the process of returning it. Which mind you is not a simple task either. We had to resend pictures of the unit and fill out a form stati... read more
What a joke of a company! You buy a product light expensive LED lights and if they don’t show up in your car (like the red don’t) too bad. No returns. There’s nothing wrong with them. They just don’t work for my car and my sight. But too bad. No returns. They’re a joke when it comes to customer service. Buyer beware. Read the fine print or you could easily be out hundreds of dollars. Shop elsewhere!!!!!!
Don’t buy anything from this company. That are worthless.no customer service at all sent me wrong part rear spring 1977 should have been 1978 cant get a return shipping. Label
Warning, Stay Away from Corvettemods.com, they do not stand behind what they sell. I ordered instrument gauges to upgrade my 65 Corvette but they are too small. They are made by Eddie Motor Sports and look to be great gauges but do not fit as factory. After receiving these gauges I contacted Corvettemods to inform them that their site did not list that the gauges correctly and I would like to return them for a refund. I called their customer support line and they said that I could only submit a return on line. After emailin... read more
Stay away.i called sales department which I told them I want a distributor and plug wires.when I received my parts wires does not fit distributor cap.called and jumped through loops just to get a refund which I have to pay shipping on their error.no customer satisfaction at this place read reviews before ordering here.Better business bureau has 185 bad reviews in one year
I purchased sunvisors for my C5 that did not fit. When I tried to return them, my request was denied. My request was one day past the return period. I explained the delay in returning them was due to the fact I could not install them myself because they wouldn’t fit. I also took them to a mechanic that could not get them to fit. Part of the delay was because of the Covid and having to wait to take it to a mechanic. I finally was able to find an upholstery shop that modified the brackets that go up into the windshield fra... read more
BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!! Look at all the complaints with 1 star on their website. The 400 most recent reviews are as follows: 394 1 star, 6 with 5 stars). My experience is no better. I ordered a complete fuel sending unit inclusive of the fuel pump. Everything came in reasonable time, however the fuel pump was USED!! Yes, they actually gave me someone's old, smelly, deteriorated, scratched, dented, fuel pump. It's a joke! I have emailed asking for a replacement 3 times now. Additionally, I keep going round and round with s... read more
