It was a good experience! Marissa and Kevin were great to work with! They were patient and understanding when I didn’t always understand what was needed. Despite my fear of not getting approved they always were upbeat. Never “if” but “WHEN” I would close. I know I was probably not their easiest client to get approved but they made it happen.
The best experience ever Lindsay was a HIGE help in refinancing my home. She walked me through the process before I even said yes just to make sure I knew what I was getting in to. She answered questions at all hours and never failed to be of service. I would work with Lindsay again in a HEARTBEAT!

It was a very good experience. Fast and easy. Sam was great at making me feel comfortable in the decision I was going to make and was available when needed. He also took the time out to make sure that my loan was suitable for me. He guided me through the whole process. He made sure I understood what was going on. He made sure that I was always updated as the process was moving along. This has been the best refinance I have ever been through. I recommend Sam to anyone who is looking to buy or refinance in the future.
