Unexpected Results. Before Top Flite I had spoke to 4 different Lenders. Each of the Lenders were unable to help me with my cash out refinance. I make a good living but showing it on paper was an issue. I have equity in my home. Mr. Cole was able to make me make sense on paper. I am very grateful to him and the loan programs that Top Flite had to offer.

Let me start off by saying I was very Leary and kinda wasn't interested in what Tony had to say because I had worked with different lenders pryer to speaking with Tony and was not good.
