Top Notch I landed with Lawrence while shopping for a mortgage simply because he was the first to call me back. That was a stroke of luck, because he was the best. Stayed on touch almost daily regarding my loan's progress, worked hard to close it exactly when we needed to even though he was states away from me and at closing, my title company said I got the lowest closing costs they had ever seen and asked if he was a relative doing me a favor! The process was smooth from start to finish and I'm now in my beautiful home.
Excellent Service If everyone of my mortgage experiences was with Lawrence then maybe I would not have been so frustrated many times. He explains the process clearly and is very, very responsive to any questions,concerns, or actions. He really seems to want what is best for me before what is best for anyone else (lender, and etc.).
