It was a great experience I went to a couple of different lenders and they all said they couldn’t help. Then Jordan emailed me and basically told me what I had to do to get approved. Out of 3 lenders he was the ONLY one that actually showed me what to pay down. I paid exactly what he said to pay and presto I was approved! ( it did take a couple of months to get there ) Great experience!
WOW !!!!!!!!! Working with Lindsay and AJ was an amazing experience. Their communication is top notch; anytime we asked a question it was always answered within minutes. The overall handling of our refinance was made so easy due to Lindsay and AJ being at the top of their game and guiding us from start to finish. I would highly recommend.

Working with people with lower credit scores We have tried many times in twelve years to refinance but our credit scores kept us from doing it. We had a private individual who we were purchasing the house from (which is one of the reasons it was hard to refinance) but I submitted an application and here we are debt free and living comfortable and we are in our late 50s early 60s so thank god to Top Flight for being there for us.

A wonderful experience 🙂 The initial call to the closing date Todd & Katie kept us completely informed. They were very patient and informative with all of my questions and never let me in the dark about anything. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to his office. I also really appreciated the electronic documents which made a lot of things easy and fast as we both have busy schedules. Entire process was very methodical and efficient.
