Happy customer. Worked with Amie and Vanessa. Long process due to prior mortgage holder. Got it done. Closed last week. Had a few circumstances that were problematic that caused closing this refi to take 4 months! So happy I was able to refinance away from the old bank. Thanks Amie and Vanessa for your patience.

It was a great experience Thank you Jerry Jerry was great but the underwrites were tough I thought a bit unreasonable but that could be just the one I got. But Jerry and Nicole were great to work with they explained and helped me though the whole process.

Best experience anyone can ask for! I started with Lindsay around April or May inquiring about getting help refinancing my dads house out of an ARM that he was in. As she looked into it he was qualified for a VA loan. She was so patient as we had alot of bumps on the road to this completion. Amazing Experience with Excellent Customer Service! I was very cautious when entering into my first refinance -- especially with the goal of doing a cash out option.
