Excellent experience! Quick response to our call. Had someone out quickly to assess the situation. They saw our urgent need and were able to get a team out within hours. Needed a crane to get huge red oak off our house. Experienced knowledgeable professionals doing the work. Worked effectively and efficiently. Took great care not to do any further damage. Had all the best equipment to get the job done. Cleaned up after the job was completed. Friendly and willing to answer any questions. Worked until 2 AM to get the job done.

Top Tier Trees is truly top notched!! I, unfortunately, had to remove two older large trees from my property due to health issues and both were in extreme close proximity to my carriage house in the rear of my property. My neighbor also needed a tree removed. My yard is narrow, my driveway is narrow, and we live in town so our houses are close together. 8/27/24 Ian and his crew at Top Tier Trees did an amazing job taking down trees in our backyard. They cleaned out the underbrush and limbed up some small trees. These were very large pine trees and too close to the house and they were working in a tight space. This is the Second time we have worked with Ian and his crew. We had a great experience with Top Tier Trees getting a dead tree next to our bedroom removed. We had a slightly longer than usual turnaround time (around 2 months) because of the hurricane, but the team made sure that we could safely wait that long for removal. The crew showed up at 8am and were done by 11. Every step of the way they were cleaning up, so you could barely tell they'd been in our cul de sac by the time they left. The team from Top Tier Trees came to the rescue at my neighbor’s house after the storms yesterday. Their crew was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Their 24 hour emergency service was excellent. Within a few hours they removed 2 trees from the roof of my neighbor’s home.
