STAY AWAY!!! This company has been nothing but a nightmare. From loosing our package and leaving our office without essential equipment and not offering any quick resolutions. Also we expressed numerous times interest in cancelling our subscription, they were both upfront with their 30 day cancelation and charged us without notice and refusing to refund. When we expressed interest to cancel we received relentless calls insisting to speak with the owner for an explanation. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!
We were missing an item in one of our deliveries. I waited two weeks to see If the item would show up. After not receiving the item I reached out to Torch and they had the item to me within the week. Great customer service and resolution !!
Really feel we have saved a lot of money using Torch. Easy to order, love being able to create favorite product lists. Also finding new or differnt brands then when we were ordering from just one supplier.
It was a good service and lower cost option initially (maybe for the first 6-9 months). Eventually, we lost our point-of-contact, and then the local Benco rep managed to come close to Torch's prices + was able to offer preferred rates/times for service calls as well. (Torch did not offer service in our area.) Also, the most annoying thing then the annual fee was charged automatically a year or whatever after we signed up. I decided to try this company out in beginning of 2025. I did a few months trial on the month to month fee, at that time, they had all the vendors I ordered from all under one roof, so it made ordering much easier. I decided to pay for the annual membership to find out just a couple months later, that 5, FIVE, of those vendors had been dropped all at once, and I could no longer order from them through Torch, including American Orthodontics, Ormco, Dynaflex and others, this made the membership no longer a help, as I had to... read more
