It was a good service and lower cost option initially (maybe for the first 6-9 months). Eventually, we lost our point-of-contact, and then the local Benco rep managed to come close to Torch's prices + was able to offer preferred rates/times for service calls as well. (Torch did not offer service in our area.) Also, the most annoying thing then the annual fee was charged automatically a year or whatever after we signed up. I decided to try this company out in beginning of 2025. I did a few months trial on the month to month fee, at that time, they had all the vendors I ordered from all under one roof, so it made ordering much easier. I decided to pay for the annual membership to find out just a couple months later, that 5, FIVE, of those vendors had been dropped all at once, and I could no longer order from them through Torch, including American Orthodontics, Ormco, Dynaflex and others, this made the membership no longer a help, as I had to... read more

I have been using Torch for about 36 years with 2 different offices and by far they are always the cheapest on exact same products. Ordering is super easy and if you have a return they take care of it all. I would definitely recommend signing up with Torch 1 practice alone we have saved over $20,000 this year.

This should be 0 stars! WE WILL NEVER UTILIZE THIS COMPANY! They called our office over and over! I asked them just to email us, and if we were interested we would reach out. He was adamant that he received approval from the doctor which was a lie (VIA HIS PERSONAL CELL PHONE)! Also, insinuated that our reps we work with told us Torch would reach out with a call which is not true. Tried to say not interested on the call and sales person was so pushy and would not let it go. Really feel we have saved a lot of money using Torch. Easy to order, love being able to create favorite product lists. Also finding new or differnt brands then when we were ordering from just one supplier.
