We were missing an item in one of our deliveries. I waited two weeks to see If the item would show up. After not receiving the item I reached out to Torch and they had the item to me within the week. Great customer service and resolution !!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. This company is very deceitful, calls the office non stop when we wanted to cancel instead of taking no for an answer. They called our office repeatedly insisting to speak with our doctor for clarification and not upfront with their 30day cancellation policy. Charged our account even though we expressed interest in cancelling and are refusing to refund us. Also we placed an order for an expensive hand piece just for it to get lost and we are left with no replacement resolution. Now our office... read more

I decided to try this company out in beginning of 2025. I did a few months trial on the month to month fee, at that time, they had all the vendors I ordered from all under one roof, so it made ordering much easier. I decided to pay for the annual membership to find out just a couple months later, that 5, FIVE, of those vendors had been dropped all at once, and I could no longer order from them through Torch, including American Orthodontics, Ormco, Dynaflex and others, this made the membership no longer a help, as I had to... read more

It was a good service and lower cost option initially (maybe for the first 6-9 months). Eventually, we lost our point-of-contact, and then the local Benco rep managed to come close to Torch's prices + was able to offer preferred rates/times for service calls as well. (Torch did not offer service in our area.) Also, the most annoying thing then the annual fee was charged automatically a year or whatever after we signed up.
