Such a great platform to do my ordering. Easy, one stop ordering system, I'm not skipping around to different websites making sure I get the best prices, I already know I am getting the best price. If I have questions, there is a chat that will auto help, but there are real people ready to jump in and help when the chat computer isn't understanding. Every single person I have spoke to has been extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend the switch.
I am still on the fence for this platform. It's pretty easy to use and I do like being able to compare items. I also like the option to have different lists where you can save products for easy ordering. As far as the pricing goes, it was better at first but now it seems like our suppliers are offering lower prices. A CEO from one very popular dental vendor informed me that Torch charges them to list their catalog, so they raise their prices to cover the listing cost. We have been with Torch for about 6 months now. We are also a very small office, and have to watch our dollars closely. I absolutely love being able to order our supplies from 1 dedicated site. I love that co-workers can add a needed supply to the list to be ordered. The onboarding was seamless. Support when needed has been available. I have no complaints.
