So far Torch has been an invaluable tool for ordering materials and supplies for the office! Onboarding was smooth, and the check ins are nice! From budgeting to deals and promotions, this is literally the Amazon of dental supplies and has made my job so much easier. If you're on the fence about using the platform, try it! The sales person gave our team member the impression that he was trying to reach us because we had made an overpayment. Of course this was not true. He was very deceitful. He was fast talking salesman trying to make a sale. He dodge questions i.e the monthly fee for their service yet he was all me providing private office information to him. No stars if possible
Terrible group of folks, the reps won't stop calling. Then they got my personal number and kept calling non stop. I wouldn't use a company that harasses their potential customers. EDIT: I called and was endlessly put on hold w/o any resolution AND how my personal private number keeps getting called is beyond me.
Torch dental has made a stressful process, easy and convenient to manage. The website is extremely organized and the benefits of free shipping makes it enjoyable. The savings through torch has been outstanding. Thank you Nick Galesky and the team at torch for always being there for Dr. Christopher Fotinos dental office.
This company is the WORST! Looked into it last year when the calls first started. They charge service fees on all orders and they say their prices are better than other supply companies because they have multiple venders that they go through, but NONE of their prices are lower than what we already get through the supply companies we order from. Also, they will harass you to the point that you have to file a report and sue them because the daily calls DO NOT STOP after being told over and over again that you are NOT intereste... read more
