A solid experience overall. I really appreciate them using bowls for eat-in meals to reduce waste whilst some still use disposable packaging regardless. Shame they provided me with a disposable wooden spoon though. I opted for the large bowl meal with chicken and virtually all the free toppings. Everything is Awesome. The food, the service and atmosphere. There is a lovely kind lady who works here called Sareena, she's served me quite a few times and she has star quality customer service.
The layout was like Subway where the team passed your meal down and added all the different toppings etc. Up selling to start with, but the server was fine and did not push when we just opted for medium. The service felt fast with multiple options and extras; e.g. guacamole for £1.30, but the servers were fine and didn't hassle us when we asked questions or declined paying any extra. Sareena and Zarah were honestly amazing! They were both super friendly and made sure my order was perfect. Even though it was really busy, they stayed upbeat and handled everything so efficiently.
