I’m disabled and came in for dinner they only had Mexican rice as an option and no more salsa verde! The customer toilet was also out of order which is ridiculous. I also found what looks like a bone in my food. For what you pay the restaurant is ridiculous.
The woman who served me (20th June, roughly 18:15-18:20) should be commended for her attentiveness, efficiency and concise yet convivial communication. I regret not finding out her name for this review. The food was agreeable.
I'd give more stars if I could. Dropped into Tortilla for a quick bite during a conference break. Kadija was serving and she was AWESOME. Really patient with us. Above and beyond customer service. Food was served quickly and delicious too.
Just wanted to leave a quick review because my wife and I visited Tortilla before seeing a show at the Town Hall and we were both very impressed by the service delivered by the two young men working the shop; very polite, patient, in great energy and humour. We know this is difficult work and they made the experience an utter pleasure. Thank you!
Not worth it..far from the Mexican tortilla. The service is mediocre. Frowning staff, they don't want to talk and explain. There is a constant loud banging of trays and other utensils, it's too noisy. There's many to be desired in terms of hygiene. The food was cold and tasteless.
