I visited the Tortillas Charing Cross branch yesterday evening with a friend for dinner. We ordered a burrito bowl and nachos, and everything was great. The customer service was excellent. the staff member who served us did a fantastic job and even went the extra mile. When a colleague who seemed new didn’t prepare the nachos correctly, he immediately stepped in and personally brought the corrected order to our table. It genuinely made us feel well taken care of. Great food, great service. Thank you!

Unexpectedly tasty! We went there for a quick lunch while sightseeing London. Didn’t expect a lot, yet the food was really tasty and fresh. We had a bowl, nachos and tacos. Nice variety of ingredients and the staff were so understanding and patient with us! Thank you!
I had the chicken burrito at Tortilla and it was nothing short of amazing — honestly, even better than what you’d get at Chipotle! The flavors were fresh, the portions generous, and every bite was packed with deliciousness. If you’re around Trafalgar Square in London, this is a must-visit spot for a quick, satisfying meal. Special shoutout to Abhishek, who truly goes above and beyond to make sure every customer leaves happy. His service was exceptional and really made the whole experience even better. As someone from Latin America I was happy to eat something that is similar from my home continent but is awful from the text on the wall, stereotyping Mexican culture and not understanding it funny like calling the pico de gallo ‘salsa roja’ or saying that they don’t use oversize hats when I’ve been to Mexican restaurants and no one uses oversized hats or play guitar
