Saw this place from across the road whilst I was queuing for a coffee & a sandwich. After wondering should I or should I not ... I've made the walk over to Tortilla. WoW!... Never have a Burrito & nachos..etc. But this was very tasty! The quantity of food was huge 😋. Price was ok too. Service was good and fast ..I didn't eat in but the place was clean and quite. 👍
Great customer service from Rameez today he was welcoming friendly, professional and applied a 10% discount, I think he remembers me I make visit and my order is just all the topping, just that. He brightened up my day with is warm 😊 smile. He also seemed like a helpful colleague I saw him assisting a girl behind the till, I think she may have been a new team member. Tasty quick meal when in between daily tasks. Chicken was juicy, rice also fresh. Good guacamole. There was an Eastern European Girl who very kindly explained the deal. Even tho it wasn’t my first time, I really liked her customer service skills. Calm and quiet corner for 20 minutes did the job. Clean and tidy place which is always a massive plus.
This is my second time ordering from Tortilla, my first time I got it delivered to my house. When I ordered it the tortilla tasted horrible, but this time the tortilla was really nice. The place was spacious and clean. The service felt a bit rush and the waiter didn’t really give me enough time to decide what I wanted even though there wasn’t anyone else in the line.
