Saw this place from across the road whilst I was queuing for a coffee & a sandwich. After wondering should I or should I not ... I've made the walk over to Tortilla. WoW!... Never have a Burrito & nachos..etc. But this was very tasty! The quantity of food was huge 😋. Price was ok too. Service was good and fast ..I didn't eat in but the place was clean and quite. 👍
Tasty quick meal when in between daily tasks. Chicken was juicy, rice also fresh. Good guacamole. There was an Eastern European Girl who very kindly explained the deal. Even tho it wasn’t my first time, I really liked her customer service skills. Calm and quiet corner for 20 minutes did the job. Clean and tidy place which is always a massive plus.
The service was outstanding and very polite. Zara was an astonishing friendly and made me feel very at home with her wonderful customer service. She made evening brilliant in the Dalston branch. Now I can go home with a belly filled with delicious food and memories. Food food
This is my second time ordering from Tortilla, my first time I got it delivered to my house. When I ordered it the tortilla tasted horrible, but this time the tortilla was really nice. The place was spacious and clean. The service felt a bit rush and the waiter didn’t really give me enough time to decide what I wanted even though there wasn’t anyone else in the line. How dare they! They decided to close one whole hour before the google close time. I would’ve completely understood if they were cleaning up / closing the till in the last 15 minutes of service however locking the doors at 20:01 when they should’ve closed at 21:00 is completely unacceptable. Having tried to open the door and gesture entering the premises the staff looked at me like a was an alien from another planet and shunned me off as if I was causing a problem.
