Be careful of the upsell and misleading prices. Lots of hidden sneaky extra £1 here and there. The price shown is never the price you will pay at the till. The staff are trained in this way of marketing and hide it well. Although the staff member was extremely good in all other aspects. Food is mass produced off site and re heated in house. Average all round experience and I wouldn’t return. Duped and stung. 9.50 large bowl was £12.50 by the time I came to pay. Craftier than a cart load of monkeys!
Enjoyable meal at Tortilla, I went for the bowl and not wrapped. Crushed the chips in food was lovely and good price, even thought I had extra guacamole and meat
Food is good, but portion sizes extremely variable and the last 3 times I've had it there have been errors with the order. Staff seem to be trained to give minimum options possible. Now with the dreaded screens.
I truly don’t know what to say. I don’t remember them charging extra for just breathing, why in the hell would i pay a bloody pound extra for beef in a burrito????? Didn’t even mention it on the damn menu! And i should pay extra for guacamole as well? Shall i just get a fricking rice sandwich then if i didn’t wanna pay extra? Came here for lunch and was not disappointed! They now have interactive screens where you can order food which makes the life of a picky eater like me a lot easier. The quesadillas were so good, and the nachos came with a very generous amount of dip! The staff were certainly friendly although there was one awkward moment where it seemed management was reprimanding a colleague in a quiet period. Also for some reason the can of coke we were given was warm. Not sure if the fridge was broken but at £3, you expect a little better... read more
