Be careful of the upsell and misleading prices. Lots of hidden sneaky extra £1 here and there. The price shown is never the price you will pay at the till. The staff are trained in this way of marketing and hide it well. Although the staff member was extremely good in all other aspects. Food is mass produced off site and re heated in house. Average all round experience and I wouldn’t return. Duped and stung. 9.50 large bowl was £12.50 by the time I came to pay. Craftier than a cart load of monkeys!
Enjoyable meal at Tortilla, I went for the bowl and not wrapped. Crushed the chips in food was lovely and good price, even thought I had extra guacamole and meat
All good, lovely and fresh, the young lady who served was very polite and welcoming.
Many thanks to the guys in Tortilla for letting us in to borrow some napkins after a seagull dive-bombing. Much, much appreciated. Didn't eat, as they weren't yet open, but the one in Hammersmith is excellent, so I'm sure the food is good!
Went in for national burrito day today and whilst the wait was an hour all burritos were free! So much fun and a cool side quest in exeter lol. Food was bussin and staff were patient which was lovely. Will definitely be back for sure and recommend!
