The best Tortilla branch in west London. I’ve been to them all. Staff are so friendly and even though it can be so busy there but they make an extra effort every time. With chains it’s the staff that make the difference- and I go out of my way to go to this one.
I was craving tortillas for a while, and this place did not disappoint!! I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff were, it really added to the experience. Both Elena and Urvi were really friendly and patient, giving us recommendations based on our preferences and dietary requirements. It was busy at the shop but they didn't rush us and really made us feel like valued customers. The food itself is remarkable. I would recommend the black beans and guacamole, but they have enough variety to cater for anyone!
Food amazing. Service is so amazing and atmoshere is very cute. The workers helped me find my lanyard and were so kind about it and always make my food soooo gooodd. Thank you to all the workers and their amazing service :))
