I recently visited the Tortilla branch and ordered a protein bowl takeaway. I would like to share my experience regarding two members of staff. One lady, who mentioned she may be the assistant manager, was very polite, helpful, and professional. I really appreciated her kind attitude and customer service. Absolutely delicious! 🌯🔥 The burritos here are brutal in the best way possible—packed with flavor and incredibly filling. The portions are huge, offering amazing value for money in London. 💸✨ Huge shoutout to the staff at the Hammersmith branch; they were super helpful and guided me through the options. 10/10 would recommend! 🙌🌯

I work a lot in multiple places around the country and tortilla has been one of my trusted choices but ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic experience at Tortilla Hammersmith! The food was fresh, full of flavour, and prepared really quickly. The ingredients tasted high quality, and everything was made exactly how I wanted it. I come here since i moved to London. I come here because the burritos taste fresh and are reasonably priced. But most of all i come here because the staff are legends. Ahmed is the greatest gentleman and through his good will alone this restaurant probably earns significant cut of its margins. Ahmed sets the tone for this place. Highly reccomend anyone coming here. Between the fresh ingredients and the staff, you'll leave feeling more hopeful for the world.
