I recently visited the Tortilla branch and ordered a protein bowl takeaway. I would like to share my experience regarding two members of staff. One lady, who mentioned she may be the assistant manager, was very polite, helpful, and professional. I really appreciated her kind attitude and customer service. I work a lot in multiple places around the country and tortilla has been one of my trusted choices but ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic experience at Tortilla Hammersmith! Decided to take the family to Tortilla , my girls enjoyed the food however I have ordered the salad and I was very disappointed with how much bad salad in the ball. If you decide to sell something would be nice to check before you sell something to customers. I don't think I will be eating at Tortilla anytime soon.

i had such a great experience at this branch specifically! the food was fresh, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. the young man and lady at the front, Adam & Urvi , were super friendly and made the whole visit feel really welcoming. service was quick even though it was busy, and everything was clean and well organised. definitely one of the best spots in hammersmith if you’re craving tasty, filling mexican food. I’ll definitely be coming back!
