The best Tortilla branch in west London. I’ve been to them all. Staff are so friendly and even though it can be so busy there but they make an extra effort every time. With chains it’s the staff that make the difference- and I go out of my way to go to this one.
Food amazing. Service is so amazing and atmoshere is very cute. The workers helped me find my lanyard and were so kind about it and always make my food soooo gooodd. Thank you to all the workers and their amazing service :))
im a huge fan of mexican food🫶🏼 and this place, so good! i ordered the naked burrito (medium size) with literally everything - and omg taste like heaven🫶🏼🥹 they are even super friendly! once i ordered, they asked me whether this is my first time here and they basically just bring you through each options they have! the guacamole of theirs is a must! its just perfect! and also for you who loves spicy, need to try their spicy sauce as well!

Used to love frequenting Tortilla, haven’t been in a while. Delighted to learn it’s still delicious and filling food. Nicer burritos than at restaurants that specialise in them. Service by Urvi was really great, fast and pleasant. Impressed by the dining in options of Hammersmith too. Lots of nice space.
