Decided to take the family to Tortilla , my girls enjoyed the food however I have ordered the salad and I was very disappointed with how much bad salad in the ball. If you decide to sell something would be nice to check before you sell something to customers. I don't think I will be eating at Tortilla anytime soon.

The best Tortilla branch in west London. I’ve been to them all. Staff are so friendly and even though it can be so busy there but they make an extra effort every time. With chains it’s the staff that make the difference- and I go out of my way to go to this one.

Always love coming here to eat because the food is very healthy, high in protein, and colourful which is somewhat difficult to find when it comes to fast food. I have ordered, burritos, salads and burrito bowls and all of these have been filled with adequate filling. The meat and veg is always fresh tasting. And there is always seating available in the restaurant. This is by far my favourite Mexican cuisine place to eat. Beats other restaurants like bar burrito, Taco Bell, and chipotle.

Food amazing. Service is so amazing and atmoshere is very cute. The workers helped me find my lanyard and were so kind about it and always make my food soooo gooodd. Thank you to all the workers and their amazing service :))
