I just collected a tgtg bag from this branch, really unhappy as the bowl that was made up for me was very dry. The server could have at the very least added cheese or sour cream to it which there was plenty of on the station. I had to go to Tesco to buy Caesar salad dressing which isn't the same. If you're going to be stingy then don't offer this to people at all. Definitely not worth the £4.40 spent.

Upsetting meal. £9.95 for a burrito 70% rice, you can see it in the pic, but I guarantee you that the taste was just rice. Avocado or guac ranch (don't remember what is called) was finished in the tub and I saw the server putting barely a drop of it, rather than replacing the tub and adding a reasonable amount. I got no vegetables and no lettuce, even though I had selected them - I obviously ordered from the screen and saw the server making it in front of me, but wasn't sure that was mine until they called my number. Wow impressive hustle by the team! it was extremely busy but orders were coming out very quickly and loud announcements as each was ready. My burrito had everything in it ordered good quantity of meat Bit of house music in the background added to the speedy atmosphere

This was my first experience here, and I certainly would return. This was a very busy eatery but the service was very efficient. The seating area downstairs was clean and tidy. The food was great.

I came here a few days ago and they basically messed up my order, they offered to rectify it but I didn’t have enough time left as I had to go back to work, I came back in today and was ordering at the self serve checkout where the manager recognised me and apologised again and made sure I was taken care of! I really did appreciate this 10 out of 10 for food quality and customer service
