Upsetting meal. £9.95 for a burrito 70% rice, you can see it in the pic, but I guarantee you that the taste was just rice. Avocado or guac ranch (don't remember what is called) was finished in the tub and I saw the server putting barely a drop of it, rather than replacing the tub and adding a reasonable amount. This was my first experience here, and I certainly would return. This was a very busy eatery but the service was very efficient. The seating area downstairs was clean and tidy. The food was great.

I came here a few days ago and they basically messed up my order, they offered to rectify it but I didn’t have enough time left as I had to go back to work, I came back in today and was ordering at the self serve checkout where the manager recognised me and apologised again and made sure I was taken care of! I really did appreciate this 10 out of 10 for food quality and customer service

Fast service and great food. The seating area was very clean, and the atmosphere in the shop was excellent.

Absolutely outstanding service. Food is seriously good and the guys work hard and fast. I will definitely come back again! Thank you tortilla 🙌🏻
