I’ve ordered from this place through Uber Eats multiple times, and they have gotten my order wrong every single time. It’s honestly unbelievable how the same mistakes keep happening. This last order cost me a lot of money because Uber Eats refused to refund me, and the restaurant’s carelessness is the reason why. Been a big Tortilla fan for years, however, this has come crashing down when I found some sort of shredded plastic (wig like material) in my burrito. Completed the feedback form to let them know but no one has reached out to me about the incident. Serious food safety issue - even offered to send it to them.
I’m genuinely concerned about the level of negligence at this branch. Just yesterday, I watched a friend receive a beef burrito bowl that was completely wrong and he was so frustrated he threw it out right in front of me. It really makes me question whether the staff are getting orders right every time. Do customers seriously need to open their burritos to check if the correct meat is inside? Ripped us off on Uber Eats. Large bowl with extra meat and avocado. Instead missed all of that and then the basics like lettuce, beans, cheese, most of what we selected was not included. We paid £17.95 per bowl (not including any Uber Eats fees or delivery fees) - check out our receipt and then look at what we got. Is that reasonable?
