1BR in Tosa I've lived here for 5 months and am extremely happy I chose Tosa Village. You can't beat the price for living in a large 1BR apartment in Tosa. The apartment itself is older, but has been well maintained by the maintenance guy and manager who live onsite in the complex. Highly recommend this complex.
Great Complex, Great Location, Great Management/Ownership Kevin and Darlynn are absolutely amazing. I called them back in December about getting a 1 bedroom apartment for myself for only 9 months because I was uncertain of my career choices at that point. Well they got me in right away and the process for moving in was super easy. Tosa Village Apartments, in the heart of the village I have been living at Tosa Village for 8 years. The management staff is friendly and quick to fix any maintenance issues that I have had. I like the fact that I have a balcony so I can have immediate access to the outdoors. The proximity to Hart Park, shopping and restaurants is ideal. Centralized in Milwaukee County, it is 15 minutes to downtown and to Brookfield. The apartments are spacious, I can fit a king size bed with room to spare in my 2 bedroom unit. Actual affordable living in Tosa I've been living here for 3 years and love that I can actually afford to live in Tosa so I can be close to all the amenities within walking distance rather than having to drive everywhere. It's a great wooded location, parking, and spacious apartments. The only thing that could improve would be to add more washers and dryers.
