The Dr is fabulous and so accommodating. Due to COVID19, I prolonged a necessary dental procedure that turned into an emergency dental procedure. I was in excruciating pain and also 9 weeks pregnant (only able to take Tylenol). I called on a Monday morning and the Dr put me on the schedule for the next day!!! She explained what was going on with my tooth and that it would need to be completed in two parts. She started the procedure and scheduled for me to have it completed the following week. I personally hate going to the dentist but she made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t feel anything while she worked on my tooth. Great service and very clean office.
This is the only endodontist that is covered under the CSEA Sunrise insurance. I was a little nervous when I first walked into the office, there is just a receptionist/assistant and the doctor. Well, I was pleasantly surprised, Dr. "uju" Mbamalu ended up being really nice, and knowledgable. She was very gentle, and kept asking me if I was okay. I would recommend her to anyone who has CSEA insurance.
They seem to have a time management issue and equipment issues. I waited over 2 hours to see them and then another 40 min in the chair. The xray machine did not work. Then they billed me for an xray anyway after being told it was included in the cash fee I paid. Then they told me that I did not need a root canal after testing, but dentist and I insist I do due to a deep fracture and severe pain. I have no choice but to go back as the union covers these guys and I cannot afford anything else. Not sure what else to do. VERY ne... read more
This is probably the closest you will come to 3rd world country service. Referred by my dentist due to tooth infection. Waited 1.5 weeks for my appointment and arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paper work. After sitting in the waiting room for 1 hour and 15 minutes with not a word said I asked the receptionist when I would be seen as I had been waiting over an hour, I was told rather rudely that emergencies happen and I could re-schedule, go some place else or wait.
