Very friendly & professional staff. The front office is wonderful... prompt, personable, friendly, and very helpful scheduling appointments and accommodating me with last-minute rescheduling as I have needed. I've had a very pleasant experience with the doctor and medical support team, all very caring, gentle & professional. 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆
The office people especially the office managers who handle the paperwork stuff sre rude, disrespectful, and do not know what they are doing. The only thing they know how to do is schedule you to come in. They don’t check your charts, they don’t know what you have been seen for. They made me come in for something then later told me you didn’t have to come in for this. It was ridiculous. They don’t care about our time. I’m looking into going to a different office.
I give 5 stars to the office and staff they are so amazing and go above and beyond for you...The Doctors are so patient and understanding and never rush and care about you...The Doctors have been treating my husband for non healing diabetic wound they put a plan together and we are so very pleased with the results and tell everyone about the care quality and treatment....
Dr. Jeremy Busch and his staff are on top of my medical foot care. They have earned my trust and I'm very satisfied with the care I receive at Total Foot & Ankle Center. Due to my diabetic foot ulcers I've been seeing him since February 2021. I highly recommend Dr. Busch due to his expertise and very kind patient service.
Worst experience I've ever had! My primary doctor referred me to this office for my feet, he submitted a referral to my insurance company and the insurance company approved it after a week. I set an appointment and went there and I was told that the referral is not correct and recommended that I have my primary doctor re-issue a new referral.
