I had a great experience at Total Foot and Ankle Center! From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly, patient, and made everything really easy. Dr. Busch was amazing he explained everything clearly, didn't rush me, and actually listened to what was going on. You can tell he really cares about his patients. I don't like giving low ratings, but this place really earned it. Don't waste your time here. This place isn't sanitary even though they claim close before closing time due to it being "slow" and because they're "cleaning the facility." Not only is the front desk rude, but the doctor I had rarely remembered the status of my condition, which raises concerns if they even review the notes. Very friendly & professional staff. The front office is wonderful... prompt, personable, friendly, and very helpful scheduling appointments and accommodating me with last-minute rescheduling as I have needed. I've had a very pleasant experience with the doctor and medical support team, all very caring, gentle & professional. 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆
If you need surgery, I suggest you go somewhere else. I was told by the front office that they have people waiting for surgery for 2 years. Apparently, they only contract with the office to do surgery across the street, and it depends on them whenever they want to give him a day for surgeries. I waited 3 months for the scheduler/office manager to call and tell me anything, and she never did. seem like out of sight out of mind.
This office staff and Dr. Ahmed is absolutely the best. The Dr.’s dedication and determination is something rare now days. Along with the supporting staff this office deserves more attention and recognition. Will definitely be letting friends and family know for their future needs as well.
