I had a cavity in a wisdom tooth. The filling was the least uncomfortable filling I’ve ever received. The dentist used only the minimum novocaine required, so I was not numb across half my face for the next few hours. The procedure was painless and over quickly. it was a very pleasant experience overall, for a filling, that is.

The service I received was great, however insurance coverage was not clear. I found this provider in my insurance’s search feature. I called the practice, asked if they take my insurance, and was told yes they do. I received treatment and was upsold on an expensive night guard. Much to my surprise when my EOB arrived from my insurance company it showed up as out of network. The EOB’s also showed my “Patient Responsibility” was roughly half of what I was actually charged out of pocket. I received a partial refund, however... read more
