Dr. Wilke is a biologic, holistic, alternative and mercury safe dentist who’s main objective is to do no harm to patients by knowingly placing any materials into them that will cause harm, like mercury amalgam fillings, nickel beryllium metals, and performing procedures such as root canals, while also safely removing these materials placed from old dental work.

When Theresa was my hygienist, she was the best and numbed me up well for my teeth cleaning. Mary Beth has replaced her and she does the same great job! So, so thankful!
TOTAL MOUTH FITNESS is the only dental office I know of in San Antonio that adheres to the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT) Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique (SMART) and The SMART Choice which may sound like a mouthful of words but it's a very critical mouthful. My extraction went well and healed properly afterwards. Dr. Wilke called me at home the evening after the extraction to check on me.

Paul Wilke is by far the best Dentist in Texas, in my opinion. I have tried a lot of holistic Dentists all over Texas and no-one comes close to his service and experience. He is exceptionally good. I never experienced any pain or swelling after any of my many procedures.
Dr. Paul Wilke and his staff are by far the BEST dental team out there. They don't beat around the bush; they tell you exactly what you need, when you need it. My only regret is not finding him sooner! Thank you all, for what you do!
