I took a chance and went to this ER because it was close to my home. I was in extreme pain unable to sit down despite the drive there. My first encounter was with the Receptionist Ernestine, very kind, and thoughtful. She was able to get my insurance information and such. Then I was introduced to Ms. Salina, the RN, also very kind, and personable, easy to talk to.
