I can’t say enough good things about Chad and Total Pro! When my tenants moved out, they left significant damage to the wood floor right in the middle of the living room. I truly thought it was beyond repair and was prepared to replace the entire floor—which I assumed would be costly. To my surprise, Chad came out, took a look, and assured me that a full replacement wasn’t necessary. My wife and I worked with Chad and his team to replace the flooring throughout our entire new construction home (recommended by our realtor Raj Sahoo).
