Deck needed cleaning and staining. They did a great job- my deck looks totally new. Carlos's crew are dependable, hard-working and take pride in their work. 3 years ago, he replaced part of the deck and that work was excellent as well. Absolutely recommend this service.

We were extremely happy with the work done on our decks by Total Wood Preservation. Their bid was quite favorable in comparison to the bids we received from 2 other companies. The products they used for the job were first rate and their crew was courteous and extremely conscientious. Plants growing near the decks were carefully protected as were all the French doors and windows bordering the decks. Work commenced and was completed on time.
