The crew showed up as scheduled, carefully covered all the plants and protected the neighbor's property with plastic. They powered washed the existing fence, let it dry for two days and came back, again on schedule and stained the fence with a dark oak finish. Carlos and his team did an amazing job sanding and re-staining our deck. He was incredibly responsive with getting us a quote for the work and very flexible when it came to scheduling - working around our Magnolia Tree shedding and unseasonable rain. Our deck looks like new and he even gave us the leftover stain for any touch-ups. Will 100% use Total Wood Preservation and Carlos again when we need more deck work done.
