I can't say enough about the expertise of this company. Carlos and his workers do an amazing job. They are professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking. I have a 35-year-old 3-level redwood deck with built in planters and benches. They made it look like new for a very reasonable price. There were a few places that were rotting and they repaired them. I had a great experience with Total Wood Preservation. Carlos was incredibly responsive and did a great jmanaging the project which included, refinshing a deck, rebuiling a fence and buildfing a mnew guard rail for my house. He was on site when needed and checked in with me regularly throughout the project which lasted over a week.. The deck looks fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Carlos and his team are terrific. They restored our deck that had turned an ugly gray and made it look like new by power-washing the deck and stairs, and applying a clear oil-based preservative.
