I would like to thank the staff at TotalCare ER at the Garland-Sachse location! I was welcomed by Christina at the front desk who got me started right away and couldn’t have been nicer. Nurse Kalee took me back to the room and made sure I was comfortable while figuring out what the reason for my visit was and also offered me and my girlfriend who was waiting with me drinks/snacks. The facility and staff were so nice. I didn’t have to wait and they even had a mobile x-ray machine that they brought to my room to take images of my broken toe. Dr. Kim knew his stuff. Will definitely go back if needed

The price was astronomical but the care was great! Everyone had a great attitude and helped make it fun.
