Everyone here is super caring and considerate and very clear about everything. they took very got care of me thank you to Dr. Thompson, Nurse Jewel superr painless blood draw and front desk KK for being super sweet. 10/10 facility and staff I also waited maybe 10 min only before i received care.

We had a great experience at this clinic. My son broke his wrist and everyone we met, from the x-ray tech, nurse, to doctor was so accommodating. We were also able to get right in. It made this challenging situation more pleasant.

This was the ABSOLUTE BEST experience i’ve ever had at ANY ER. I was seen promptly and was taken care of by Dr. Thompson and his staff wonderfully! I can’t believe how well they took care of me and their bedside manner was phenomenal. If you’re looking for great care, fast service and a proactive staff this is a great choice.

I would like to thank the staff at TotalCare ER at the Garland-Sachse location! I was welcomed by Christina at the front desk who got me started right away and couldn’t have been nicer. Nurse Kalee took me back to the room and made sure I was comfortable while figuring out what the reason for my visit was and also offered me and my girlfriend who was waiting with me drinks/snacks. I brought my daughter in with an earring stuck in her ear. Everyone was so kind and so loving. They were all so patient with my daughter who was more than a little hysterical. The doctor was incredibly gentle and always with her. My new go to place for all things kid injury related!!
