I had to bring my 4 year old in late at night on a holiday and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were very efficient and so sweet with my daughter. Christina, Terry, Nurse Crystal, and Dr Thompson were so wonderful.

So happy to find this place next to me. My son did not need a regular ER but need scan and x-ray more than regular urgent care. This is the place. No wait. Have all equipments needed. Staff are extra friendly. I will give them more stars if I could.

I was seen at TotalCare about a week or so ago. I was met by a receptionist Ms.Irene who was very nice making me feel comfortable. Once I was seen the remaining staff Mr.Eric, Ms.Diane and Dr. Thompson all were very nice as well. I’d highly recommend this location for care it’s a private hospital but it’s definitely a place that your treated with care.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with TotalCare. From the moment I walked through the door, the entire team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, comfortable, and truly heard. They were incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns without ever making me feel rushed. I visited this facility in the middle of the night due to multiple symptoms including abdominal pain. Dr. Marquez, my nurse Shanita, tech Ashley, front desk Taylor & shift change nurse Derhonda were phenomenal in facilitating care. As someone who has worked in healthcare & as a patient, I recommend this facility. The care team and facility without question provided safe, efficient, and effective quality care.
