I have two children ages 11 & 12. My youngest has ASD and currently is living with their dad. Over the past several months he began to really struggle with his emotions. This was my first time with a therapist for myself. He made me feel very comfortable and laid back while still remaining professional. He makes connections feel more personal rather than its like you're talking to someone who is there to listen for money. I had great sessions.
My first time seeing a therapist - I went in feeling hopeless about multiple issues. Almost immediately after a session or two, I saw things turn around. I especially appreciate how honest I'm able to be with Chang - I feel he's really present in the moment during our calls and the 'solutions' or next steps for whatever crisis arises naturally. I'm seeing real results in my life and I'd recommend him for folks that are anxious or stressed out in their day to day lives.
