Great high quality flooring products that big box home centers simply don't sell. They can explain to you the huge difference in quality and why it is so important. The staff (including thier own interior designer) are extremely helpful in making product quality, color, and texture decisions. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted, but they showed me a far superior option for my application than what I was thinking about. It was actually less expensive to install as well. Highly recommend Touchdown Tile. From helping with picking out tile to the final installation everyone was very helpful and professional. I’ve done my own tile in the past and have looked at a lot of others work and there’s always something to say, with Touchdown the installer did an excellent job and he was a very hard worker and respectful. We are extremely pleased with the large walk in shower they did for us. We will be using them again for our kitchen backsplash.
Touchdown Tile is the best! Within minutes Matt had our bid ready and he had such good suggestions for our bathroom. Chloe had such patience with me picking out our tile and her design expertise is top notch! Working with Touchdown Tile was wonderful. Matt spent a lot of time with me to get a kitchen renovation project fully envisioned, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Joe was an excellent site manager, always responsive and keeping everyone (including me ;-) ) on task. All involved were wonderful craftsmen. The quality of the work was exceptional, and everyone was very pleasant and professional. Nick's cabinets are beautiful. Touchdown Tile is truly outstanding. Thank you all!
Had Touchdown complete a room for us by removing old tile, installing new tile, put in tongue and groove wood for walls. We put in a hot tub. Room looks great. Touchdown was easy to work with, had friendly and talented workers, and completed the job on time and on budget. I will use them for a kitchen next.
